I've criticisized you before about the price threads and not contributing, but I assume now you are buying at FMP prices?
In the past you stated that you didn't think the price threads were a valuable use of your time, so it seems hypocritical that you now see it as a valuable use of everyone else's!

i'm buying some stuff via FMP where I can't buy cheeper elsewhere but Im also still buying plenty from other suppliers where their price is better

Remember FMP is not "my" distribution business, its just a platform where various distributers are selling their stock, I will buy where ever the price is best be that FMP or elsewhere, buying form FMP is of no advantage to me unless the prices are the best just the same as any other farmer that uses it, I find some prices on there excellent and others not so great, I have no influence in the prices, they are set by the vendors

I will post some prices I have been quoted from others later but Im off on holiday this week so a bit pushed for time, such threads are without useful, its just a question of finding time to sit down and pull out the detail of recent purchaces

And how do they compare pricewise? Mancozeb going to be approved for beet this year.
If the price of all CTL goes up to Bravo level then mancozeb will come into play.
Two things to note- don't be tempted to cut rates of mancozeb - it's already less efficacious than CTL.
The DF is just as effective as the flowable so if you are keen on cost cutting that's the way to go.
Septoria choices deserves a thread of its own. Quite happy for mods to split this off.

:banghead:
I try not to be a grammar Nazi, but I am a bit anal about numbers (n)
It's 50% less. 100% less would be a price of zero.
The 15l is 100% more than the IBC.

There, I feel better now :)

ok, how about near half the price in a IBC as it is in 15L cans

still to expensive for me though, we went back to powdered Mang last year and made big saving, liquid is nice to use but even bought well its an expensive luxury

broadacre - was about 80p/kg last year IIRC but a 30% product, more expensive that powdered Mang sulphate which I agree is not nice to use, this stuff isn't dusty or hard to mix at all, sprayer driver says he prefers it to liquid.
