Are the TV screens for cctv on the conveyor?
The blue floor colouring we had added to the packing room concrete was a massive disappointment. So I ground it with a floor grinder. Primed it, which took hours longer than I thought, finished it at 11.30pm on Thurs:

Then this morning roped in my brother and a friend and gave it a top coat:

That lining looks fantastic. Even if I do say so myself. In all seriousness, what a brilliant project. We are very proud to of been involved.

We're very pleased with the shed, it looks superb.
The project has nearly broken me, equipment is all being run up for the first time today, birds I next Monday/Tuesday.
My mate is whatsapping me pictures from his Ski holiday in the Alps, which reminds me, I need a holiday!
How many birds will it hold ?We're very pleased with the shed, it looks superb.

Looking good Daniel. Palletiser too! Armchair job. The black plastics on the top of the lower nest boxes are pretty useless when the birds start to crowd the nest boxes. I ended up fixing two together as they are not high enough and the birds just jump over a single one. Nest box crowding is much worse in our multi tiers.
Linking the old shed into the same packing room, standing at an egg grader for more hours than strictly necessary is to be avoided in my view!
Thanks for the heads up on the dividers, have you got the top tier of nest boxes?
@Daniel does the floor get shavings put down to start or they on bare concrete?
Yup. They'll all want to use the end nest box.....Looking good Daniel. Palletiser too! Armchair job.
