Hi, can anyone tell me how they have come on dealing with Chippenham farm sales please? I have seen a bit of machinery advertised, but am wary of buying unseen off a company I know nothing about.

Had a trailer off them 5years ago, mate of mine had a tractor from them 2 years ago. Small, family run firm with a great team, sell lots of all sorts, mainly new, good deals. You shouldn't have any problems!

I've had a rake, bale grab, yard scraper, bale trailer and feed trailer from them. Fantastic to deal with and as said above Malcolm is a very good man.

Would highly recommend.

Thank you for all your replies, it gave me the confidence to buy unseen, which can be a leap of faith, but saved a 500 mile round trip. Completely as described, rapid delivery, seems a shame to put pig sh1t in it now!

Whats the little T bar type thing on top of the pump ? Is it the suckie blowie leaver .I have not used a vaci tank for yrs so out of touch a bit these days .Looks a nice bit of kit

That's right it selects suck or blow, while keeping you a bit further away from PTO shaft. The one this is replacing is just a handle on top of pump, I think the mega money ones have a hydraulic changeover. I will have to wait until I get those 6 lottery numbers up for that though!
