Perhaps you should do some research into Mr Packham and the lies and rubbish that comes out of his mouth !
He has a very clear anti hunting ,farming countryside agenda and is a dangerous individual to us all.

He is turning town against countryside with the rubbish he sprouts, sadly he has lots of gullible followers that hang on his every word as gospel.

Packham the
Vice president of the RSPB is quite happy
To spout off about culling of badgers , foxes ECT... Bloody hypocritical when you see the numbers of foxes the RSPB cull every year to save there little birdies !

There's is an interesting Facebook group "the countryside v Chris Packham agenda"
It looks at all the stuff he comes out with and quite rightly questions the lies !

Mr Packham it seems doesn't like anyone disputing what he says .As not long after the group was set up they had a letter from his lawyers telling them to remove the page or they'd take action.
But the group is still running and still continuing to challenge the untruths he spouts !!

Offensive ? No I think I'm spot on !!

Packham sits well with the BBC and their propaganda on Veganism and the environment. Sadly these people and their ilk,by influencing Government to over protecting certain species, have created the imbalance where small animals and mammals such as hedgehogs, voles, mice, songbirds, etc are at ever increasing risk from Badgers,Buzzards and other birds of prey.We all know the dangers Veganism brings to the environment and climate too.
Dimwits the lot of them.Sad times for the planet.

Boggy.
Hopefully getting this award in recognition of his great achievements will spur him on to even greater things :)(y)
isn't that right @farmerclare ? I know you are an even bigger fan than I am :D
I love the smell of sarcasm!

No one should get an honour for doing their job, even if they are successful at it.
Voluntary work, charity work, help in the community, yes.
Paid job? No.
Especially not when you are a titt like Packham who gets on yer nerves just because he's an irritating little twonk.

The entire British establishment ( royal family, HMG and C of E) lost all credibility in my opinion many years ago. They are a joke. Hypocrites and populists who are only really interested in courting popularity to keep the allowances coming. As leaders, their moral compass broke years ago and they are utterly useless.

You expect this kind of bollox from them. Take no notice of them, keep your head down and crack on.

So what is the purpose of the royal family? To lift and lower a sword? If I were them I could no longer work as puppets. They don't involve themselves in any sort of leadership or moral direction, they abdicated responsibility for that years ago so they can remain blameless while drawing off the civil list. In other words they are redundant and a waste of money.

Now that the day has finally arrived when the royal family will endorse the honouring of Mr Packham by the British government then I honestly believe that any credibility the Royal family ever had is now well and truly gone. Yes, the Royal family doesn't select those who should receive honours but they lend their support to the process by awarding the honours in a ceremony.

For the last 30 years I have seen continual erosion of moral authority of the church and state by the church and state's own dilution of the Christian standards that made this country what is was. It's left us with a leadership that is morally hollow, entirely populist, self serving and with no guiding moral principles other than how to best provide for their own self interest. This culture is so ingrained that people can't see it for what it is. Hypocracy at the very highest level.

So Chris Packham has overcome his autism has he? Well big deal. So have thousands of others without ruining the livelihoods of small businesses and livestock breeding that has been built through hard work of generations. Most of what he spouts is the kind of sentimentalist nonsense lapped up by the BBC and then adopted by politicians as mainstream policy who play to the worst aspects of the voting public.

If somebody like Princess Anne would step up and call this bloke out for the manipulative fool he really is then she'd gain a lot of respect for showing some real leadership but pigs are more likely to fly.

That's what pees me off greatly about the whole rotten system.

CBE commander of the British empire.

Wake up folks. It's long gone. Time to scrap these titles. They are a joke. We must be a laughing stock around the world.

He is an intelligent bloke with autism. He has used his intelligence to manage or overcome the negative aspects of his autism. Unfortunately though, in my view, he is misguided and doesn't see the bigger picture or have any empathy with those whose livelihoods are damaged by his misguided views and lobbying.

This makes him a bellend in my view. Plenty in my family have varying degrees of autism but they have enough reasoning and logic to realise we need to function as members of a cooperative and empathetic society not to try to foist a one sided view on others in an extremist manner.

He isn't worthy of a CBE. He's a dangerous misguided extremist.

Ok, I agree heartily with most of that. Normal service, it would seem, is resumed. In respect of the good @DrWazzock anyway.(y)(y)(y)
