Having trouble with the net sometimes it wont cut and keeps running it is all threaded as it should be what should I look at .
Don't know if it's the same mechanism as the 46 rotochop but when we had problems when we had ours it usually was the blade for cutting the net was dull/ rusty 5mins to remove and shine up the flat side with a sander when it doesn't cut clean it leaves straggles of net hanging down into the chamber then when bale is forming it manages to pull in the net bloody annoyingMy 255 can act up due to the tension varying as the roll goes down. It was being a bu++++ today for a while until it had polished up the wrap tray, then it needed fiddling with the brake/tension bars to get the tension just right. I find the roll can self feed and run away if set too slack or else fail to start if too tight. It seems more of an art than a science.
Very occaisionally, (1 in 100 or so) the quadrant wont trip to fire the cutter and it seems to sit just at the end of its travel with the wrap running, but I haven't worked out why it is doing it yet.
Don't know about the newer class but 46 had to manually reset the knife and the steps were at the wrong side of the baler could be a long day if it was playing upSharp knife is a good starting point.

have you got the brake on the drive belt on ?As if it's not tight enough it soon lets you know and nets a bale early
I use novatex net in mine
