i think its the front furrow is either a bit deeper than the last or too wide.it can be a bit of a bugger to get them the same

Still carting bales here as rain stoped play these last two weeks with over 7 inches of rain .
luckily the grass was dry when we baled so the bales have stayed in shape and can still pick most of them up with the fleming

It was tempting to skip barley and put 2nd wheat in. Land is free draining and not been rolled. Has as much chance as any.
Seed cost plus £200 in diesel is worth a try for 30 acres.

1983 video of a Ford 7710 ploughing 500 acres non stop.

Two things caught my eye, the little 3000 they showed at the end, that had turned over 210 acres in six days in 1968, and the fact that they had the back window open a lot of the time at night with those big lights blazing away. I know it was November, and there was a frost, but you'd still have a cab full of flies and moths these days. Which is odd, considering we're constantly being told we've wiped out all the insects!

That's a tool carrier the xylon has a platform behind the cab as well as in front and was the follow onto the tool carrier but wasn't anything like as popular in agriculture but more popular for municipal work.

Popular in municipal work on the continent, but more agricultural ones in the UK.

Last job before it goes on the straw chopper for the winter. The only other thing it does these days Is roundbale with a RP12 which we've had since 1990. I don't remember the hedgecutter arriving here
