i know it’s the landlords responsibility to service and maintain a residential boiler in rented accommodation but who’s responsibility is it if the condensing pipe freezes, landlord or tenants?

Had the same thing, it's a hard one. It's not an average water pipe which they are obliged to keep frost free.

What cost will it be? Depends how much you like the tenant....

Its the LL installation, so they're responsibility, it should be either 22mm and insulated or the modern spec is 32mm to prevent freezing, had a couple the last few days and all the callouts to be paid for by the LL
Preferred installation will be to an internal drain point, then its not a problem, but will depend how good the installer is and how much they were screwed on price ;)

Insulation only costs £5 and prevents the problem.

Plus its in the landlords interest to prevent possible damage to the boiler and to keep the tenant happy, so the rent continues to be paid $£.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
