no, is it dry with you?
Yep getting beyond the point of no return for crops on lighter soils round here now, 18mm in May total so far, around 5-6mm in 1mm showers (i.e usless as they dried up instantly) in April, 25 degrees and breezy here today. If we don't get a decent rain very soon we are going to have a 2nd s**t harvest in a row, seriously dry following a very dry winter and last years drought!

Not as dry here yet but we need proper rain too.
Some getting rain while others missing it completely.
Hope you get some soon!

Finished spraying today and crops are flattering to deceive. Heavy land loads of potential but any areas (half the farm) with no clay content and crops are looking short small flagges and decidedly unhappy.

As a percent what yield did you have last harvest compared to your 5 year average?

The 17mm we got last week was very welcome but others a bit further north got more, and about 20 days ago I watched bands of rain going west > east split and go above and below us by a few miles and then a couple of days later a band going south>north split again and go round us again!

Perhaps all those aircraft have developed a micro climate .
I see the runway is shut for repairs so hopefully it might start raining for you.
