I really enjoy following the grain and oilseed markets and now the sugar markets now that we can trade a proportion of our quota. I appreciate that supply and demand play a major part in all these markets but sentiment seems almost equally important. It’s amazing how sentiment can swing the markets bull or bearish without the supply or demand really changing. I am relieved that the sentiment has changed hands to the bulls again.
