Fair price in American dollars?
What are the crops looking like with you in general?
Wheat is looking good here, not as good as last year though. expecting a farm average of ~7 tonnes/ha vs 8.4 last year. There are areas in the east and northeast that didn't get much rain in the last 8 months. There's an estimated 20% decrease in our country's productivity vs last year but i think it will be more that that.

Looks likely grain will start to leave ukraine and fert from russia, deals being done because of the threat of starvation in some countries. Russia wants turkey to police it so guns etc cannot be brought in on the empty ships and ukraine wants second party assurance that russia will not use the de-mined port to sail warships in . Ukraine has to get 20 million tons out as it has no room for this years crop. Uk along with a few others has offered to de-mine the port of floating mines layed by the ukrainians. Nobody will insure ships carrying oil but deals are being done to insure corn shipments

Who will be getting the money for the Ukranian grain?
If Russia is going to be in control of the operation why would
they hand the money over?
If the money is kept by the Russians why would a Ukranian farmer
be happy with this kind of deal?
Lots of unanswered questions and events in the next fortnight.

Just off the phone to me mate in Ukraine , at best 60-70% in some areas planted up on the western side , by all accounts where Russian troops are holding ground farmers told not to plant maize due to them being worried it would hide Ukrainian troops! What they have played on the eastern side is a guess but know where near the western side.

Russia will allow the ukrainians to shift grain and have the money as long as they can do the same with fert
