Dont about you but it bloody sent some down last night here??‍♂️, the only dry bits today will be the hay I take out?.
Scanner coming tomorrow afternoon, half scanned at home other half on the moor so I hope it's fine tomorrow☂. Bring half home and scan inside, pen the others up on ont moor, do them first, dosent matter if its dark or p1ssin down for the last lot will be inside?. Just hope it's a better scan than last years, worst scan ever☹ weather that was due to the dry summer I dun no:scratchhead:, way to many empty and singles,

Good luck with it mate. Our group that start any day now scanned crap again, 156%. Scan second batch next month, fingers crossed be better.

Reckon you’ll be alright, we scanned not so good last year put that down to being dry, we are very light land though, this year much better, only 12 empty out of 800 so was pleased with that! Fingers crossed goes well for you! Bloody wet here too, lashed down at six last night then blew a gale all night, another ewe lambed out in it so must get them in by friday? he says wishing hopefully!

Ooh that was a sickener for you, bet lambing was easier though, you have to look for the positives so they tell me?we’ve blouses ours now for the last few years now an I reckon it helps a lot with tupping an lamb size an thriftiness ?

Gathered the the moor this mornin, one job less tomorrow, they'll just need penning int mornin then gather other half and bring home ready. Bloody soaked ont quad, mrs had the gator :rolleyes:, could do wi leggings where yar arse dont get wet?:whistle:

lambing was bloody marvellous, used teasers for the first time last year, was over half way through in the first week:sleep::sleep::sleep::sleep::sleep:.

yea lashed it down here an all, it that wet now on way home I went an checked sheep and I were all over place it were that slippy on bankings, a few new ponds en all :ROFLMAO:

suppose to be decent tomorrow for ya scanning, so good luck and I hope ya get scanning numbers ya hoping for ?(y)

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
