Zantra is one of the largest independently-owned agrochemical distributors, advising farmers and supporting independent agronomists and buying groups across the UK. They achieve this by providing an individually tailored, high level of service with a strong technical focus. Significant growth in the business has created the requirement for a highly competent Commercial Manager.
Working with the senior management team, based at Great Staughton, the role carries responsibility for the development and delivery of commercial strategies, maintaining and developing relationships and creating activities to realise year on year benefit for Zantra and their customers.
Great communication skills, an astute mind and an understanding of the agrochemical supply chain will be a pre-requisite, along with BASIS & FACTS qualification. Add onto this a team playing attitude and a real passion for delivering customer satisfaction and we could well be interested.
