Mate tried it, wasn’t very nice by the end of the week. Have to be using serious amounts to keep it fresh he reckoned 🤷🏻‍♂️
that's my problem was getting it in pallet box's brill stuff mixed with KWS feeder cut the barley dust out , but if i run to bottesford i want to take a 12t trailer then it'll be past it's sell by date by the time ive used it 🤷‍♂️

He reckoned it might be alright in winter. But he had 20t in the summer and it went off way way too fast. He’s feeding 440 all the time so he’d use it fairly quick

I’m no expert on maize silage but is this analysis actually possible, 12.9 me and 10.4 cp? And 2500 tons at it?

Apologies if this is a daft question, but what’s the difference between a feed block and an energy block?
Prefer Harbro forage booster but sometime take crystalix here. Wondering if there’s better options out there? Been a tough winter on the breeding ewes and keen to keep condition on them.

Feed blocks are softer usually like cake pressed

Energy blocks are more like hard boiled sweets
