Concrete grant

Have been accepted for concrete RP15 capital grant.
Also a sprayer fill area.
Am I correct in thinking I have to complete both areas before I can put my claim in or can I complete the sprayer area, claim. Then the RP 15 then claim?

you should be able to do it in stages, we did

as far as I know you cant claim any rp15 concrete in stages it has to be 1 claim?
this is to stop you doing the easy bit that you want and not doing the drain etc that they want doing?

as for the sprayer roof area you can claim total grant across 3 payments so probably best to do the sprayer and claim that then do the concrete and claim that?

as far as i know not, it was the csf officer who explained it to me, part of the yard concreted is no benefit to them so that was his justification and i can see his point.

I'd be worried with these grants being 1 hit that they " pick fault " with the job and don't pay the Grant , could this be a possibility ?

I know what you mean but my understanding its that as long as you take photos before , during and after completion, there isn't any problem.

The rp15 has to be one claim.
Make sure you read and then re-read the option prescription to get it right in your head before you start, including photos, consents, specifications, etc, etc.

We didn't get the Grant in the end. CSFO said we were too high above the Thames despite him wading through 30 cms of mud next to the Pig enclosures
