Concrete Panels for Beginners

Concrete panels seem to be very popular in the UK but aren't that popular here in Ireland and I don't know much about them. What should I be looking out for when I'm buying.
I have notice that some panels come with a socket that you screw the bolt into for the bracket and some you have to drill and screw in a thunder bolt, is one method better than the other. The panels won't be slotting into the web of the steel, they will be going on the outside of the shed.

Put the panels inside the wall .
Buy them ready with clamp to put up with bolts
100mm for economy 150mm for strength
