Concrete Panels, self support

We are planning on putting in some concrete Panels to create walls to a couple of rooms off a rotary parlour. We are proposing to use 95ml panels and we need a finished height of 1.5 metres. Could we get 2m deep panels and set them in 0.5m concrete so they would be self supporting rather than have channels at either end? They are not support anything. How deep a panel can you get? Is this a daft idea?

1.5m max panel depth.

You could always use 2m x 1.5m panels, lot of dicking about to save a few rsj's.

Pretty sure Jones Brothers do a 1.7m panel but not sure wether that would be enough on the ground.
I guess you could get 2m long panels and place them vertically.

As above I’m not convinced it’s worth the extra effort to save some steels

Could use 2 m long panels and stand vertically. Some manufacturers of virtical silage walls, supply "U" brackets which are bolt down to the foundations to stand wall up.
Then pour concrete around to floor level.
