I was watching a you tube video from Baldys farm and he was very disappointed with his cow scanning, he reckoned nearly 25% empty, wonder could smb be a possibility there, not sure what area he is in though, would it cause barren cows?. seems pretty good operator.

Was questioning life choices at 5am this morning 🙄

Then I remember I'd have had to stay in school and be depressed forever after to have a cushy office job.

Copied over from t'other thread, where I replied to one of those folk that frequent both...

I had 45.5kg @ £125.50 (274p) at Welshpool this morning. It must have been my turn as the general run would have been about stand on at 260p I suspect. Mine were Farm Assured though.... 😂

My best price however was a reject at 48kg and £110. He's been inside for 6 weeks, gained about 5kg but no flesh at all, and losing it fast. I suspect he might have left me a bill for collection between Christmas and New Year. Lord knows what they do with that sort?:censored:

The place was stooked out with lambs, but they haven't got another market for the next two weeks.

Fattening ram lamb stores, what’s best, swedes or stubble turnips? They’ve been on turnips coming up 3 weeks but it suits my fields better if they went onto swedes
