Connor bale wrapper problems

I'm still no further forward with this machine, as l said before it pulls the bales over on to the black holder and ripped the plastic, lv had that many bales this year with mold on this corner, driving me crazy, l will need to fix it for this year, if there is a this year, was told the belts, they are kind canvas no rubber but they all seem the same tension. Maybe l should just renew them all, where can you buy ones that's not to crazy priced.

Now Then..
It's not something completely daft like the film dispenser being bolted on the wrong side of the bracket / drawbar??
I assume it's the film dispenser that is in contact with the bale??

There can only be three things that makes the bales go to one side, and that has to be poor cone shaped bales, issue with the bed rollers not being parallel, or bed belts of different lengths.

Id measure the bed roller bearing centres first to make sure they are parallel.

Even if the bale goes to one side is shouldn't rip the plastic, unless there is huge pressure onto the one roller. Do the side rollers turn?

The bales are nice round bales, it doesn't matter if you put the bale over to the opposite cone but about 9 turns it pulled over on to the other one and ripping the plastic against it, but everything seems normal but it isn't.

i had the same thing with an old wrap-rite wrapper it was the rollers not been paralel we even used to have it set out of level on the ground ,then measured width between rollers someone had tightened the belts more on one side causing the bale to move to the wide end and rub bad against the bobbin / after we ajusted correctly had to swoop belts around as that end had stretched

I phoned conor, spoke to a very helpful man, he said one end belt would be slightly slacker than the rest, so he said there is a bit movement if you slacken the baring bracket, so time will tell.
