Conor 9700J wrapper

Hi all,
Neighbour has a 9700J conor bale wrapper but this year it has started tearing the bale off the black bobbin when tipping and holing the plastic, it has 4 brand new belts put in this year as we thought that was the problem buy didn't make any difference. It pushed the bale over on top of the bobbin every time, The bearings and all are good ok the bobbins. Has anyone ever seen this before, rollers are parallel and all to each other

Are you sure? You would be surprised how many times it’s as simple as that.
