Wondering if anyone has any clues as to what’s going wrong ,
The wrapper keeps blowing out the o rings between turntable motor and the cross line relief valve on the side of it , always happens once the wrapper has wrapper 40-60 bales ,

Have you changed tractors? i know my mchale seems to run better on my one tractor, could be the hydraulic set up, closed centre etc.

Part of the issue probably something to do with the heat generated after said number of bales. In any case the o rings shouldn’t fail regardless of any other issue if correct ones fitted correctly. Check if you have the correct o rings first, there are many different thicknesses and types, could the originals be D rings as opposed to o rings?

edit - call Conner factory direct, they were very helpful when I needed help on a wrapper issue a few years ago.

I’m nearly certain that’s the same problem my friend had few years back and the factory gave him a valve to put in the line and it solved it. Ring the factory direct there great to deal with in fairness
