correct name for these screws

What is the correct name for these, anyone? need to ring local place but dont know how to describe them, cant find the name on web either, if I put Hex head in I just get tex screws and dont want those.

Like @eulb I would have called a coach bolt similar to his description.

I shall say the TFF collective say I want "Hex head coach screws"

not if you only use the drill size of the bolt ,Ive used these to fix 6x2 timbers ,never had any trouble with them ,
In my experience they are pretty useless as they tend to rip the concrete or brickwork so that the thread doesn't grip. Rawl bolt much stronger and reliable.

I like them as you can get them out if you need to ,all ways squirt a drop of oil in the holes ,that makes them twist in better and they dont rust in the wall
