I charge £4/acre.
All good if all good.Spoke like a true Welshman
Yes,sad where genuine people get tucked up too alledgedly? Some folk must have a sad life if they deal with people they can't trust with things like this.
So about £10 ha,bit less than what I’m payingI charge £4/acre.
Think the paperwork and sitting pa1 and pa2 puts a lot of people off.Sprayers aren't expensive , and you get a better idea of the crops diy
But what set up ?So about £10 ha,bit less than what I’m paying
Nick...
The chap with the small sprayer doing small amounts at a time will charge more. But what set up ?
Someone with 12m tip in tank ,gp sprayer 6 acres to do or SP 36m low ground pressure all singing and dancing kit and 200 acres to do?
including labour? We used to pay our contractor £5.50/ac... he did a great job and we had no issue with it..
Bought my own sprayer, now it costs me £3 all in..
Happy days !
Yep. It was a cheap sprayer, so not sure what I'll do when it finally gives up!including labour?
But it is still a cost that has to be paid for ... and ultimately comes out of that crops profit ? (Or adds to its loss !)Cost of a contractor is miniscule compared to the value of the chemistry being applied.
