Countryside Productivity Small Grant (CPSG) Round 2: COVID-19 Update

Just pulling together the last few photos for our claim - had a significant delay on one item (not Covid related). Have sent an email query and will try phoning, but my query is:

We have bought multiple items eg 10 heat detection collars, 4 solar energisers.

I have one photo of all 10 collars with visible serial numbers in the box on a recognisable part of our yard. do they really want 10 separate photos of collars on cows to show them 'in use?' Ditto the energisers - all 4 lined up and pictured together, but they are now all on separate fencelines, if we take one photo of each we could just be moving the same one around so a bit pointless (there is no visible serial number).

What has anyone else done with multiple items? I'll be sending about 25 photos at this rate.

I found in use generally means on farm whether being used or not.

Thanks for replies, all sorted and they have confirmed that as long as the claim is in with evidence by en of 31st, then even if the evidence needs tweaking a bit they will still contact us, after date, rather than rejecting. One more photo and then I'm done!

We had actually ordered (and have had in use) our IAE stuff well before Covid as we thought that would be one of the first to have supply issues.

I have everything ready to go, invoices, photos etc...

However I paid for the electronic weigh crate as part of my monthly statement to the ag merchant. I have an invoice that says ‘Electronic weigh crate - £x’ but the bank statement says ‘Farm & Country April statement’ and is for a slightly larger amount.
The monthly statement is in the book keepers house- and she is away on holiday!

Have I fudged up royally? I’ve emailed the ag store to get copies of the other invoices sent over but the clock is ticking!

Probably shouldn’t leave these things until the last minute...

Keep it simple, If they want more details a very pleasant lady will ring & ask.

Sent our claim in on the 18th, money in the bank yesterday
I sent mine in on 18th June no money as of Monday, but email of 16th july said it had been cleared for payment.
I had 3 different lots of questions with " if you do not reply within 7 days your claim will be rejected. Each time took them a week to get back to me.
