This photo was allegedly taken in the 80s here in South Africa. I am trying to track down the 1884 at the moment. Bet she would be some beast for pulling.

There is surprisingly a lot of Countys still about, considering there wasn't a lot about in the first place.

I've got a book written by former County demonstrator John Hull
Apparently 3 County 1884s were sold abroad, at least one of which was shipped to Port Elizabeth in kit form and then assembled in Zimbabwe 14833888457811250362359.jpg

Thanks. If it ended up in Zimbabwe its definitely not alive anymore, especially if it was used on a sugar plantation

Yes. I hear the Chinese are farming in Zim now. Maybe they will find it and copy it so we could get a Chinese knock-off of the County

Yes a friend of a friend was farming in Canada until this last year or so, and has now returned to Scotland with his 1884 and other vintage tractors, so that's one more in the UK

Mugabe owes China so much money, they basically own the country.

Is it all convicts doing the work. My mate works in Angola and he says the plane going there is always full of chinaman convicts that do work in the mines.
