COVID 19 Ploughing Guidelines

I have put together some guidelines for anyone who would like to hold a ploughing match.

These are currently in draft format and in a PDF format. Once finalised, they will be in an Excel spreadsheet with the ability to add comments and fill out the H/M/L column which will then change to red/amber/green.

Please feel free to use or pass back any comments.

Regards

Trevor

I have added 2 extra sections to the COVID19 Ploughing Guideline to take into account Test and Trace and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) . Will send out the updated version at a later date in case any other amendments are required

So a few more alterations.

There is quite a section added about first aid. I know not many small local matches have any first aid cover, but its is useful information for anyone involved.

Very thorough and well put together and certainly helps makes sure all the bases are covered and the mind is focused on areas where the risks may be slightly greater, I don't know if you have completed the Guidelines/ Risk Assessment or not? or whether you are a member of the Match Ploughing Facebook Group but if you are and then you'd be welcome to post the file there too and I would mark the post as an announcement so it remained at the top of the page so it is easily found.

Stay Safe!
