Cow Hoof Issue

I've recently started taking care of cattle for someone and noticed one of the cows limping. Upon inspection, I found the cow's hooves have what appears to be some type of interstitial growth. Does anyone recognize this condition?

Thank you!

Its called Interdigital hyperplasia - a firm, fibrous mass like a corn. I've a Charolais bull with the same problem, try and keep it clean if you can. I spray water and HibiScrub skin cleanser on through a garden sprayer if it gets sore. Seems to keep on top of atm but will need to go sooner rather than later.

Can I suggest that you get a vet or foot trimmer to take a look. Your animal does have a degree of interdigital hyperplasia, this in itself will not make them lame, but can make them more prone to infections such as foul. It could also be something as simple as a stone in its sole.
