Cow with mastitis

Got an in calf cow due to calve in late april or early may. She's off her food and has some hardness in one quarter. What should I give her please?

synulox/combiclav and pain relief/anti-Inflammatory
but that is a guess
has she got a high temp ?
Tempted to call the vet if it was my cow, it sounds like the mastitis may have gone "all over" her

is the teat contents watery? e-coli
prob best get vet if not eating to;
IV, finadine and marbocyl
pump her up with aggers pump.
tubing the quater maybe irrelavent if its that bad so injectables is the way to go

You really don't need Marbocyl for e.coli....

That sounds very like what I would have suggested!

If she'll let you safely strip out the quarter that is helpful.
