Crop recording app for phone

Anyone using or know of a simple app to record crop, fert and spray. Spoke to a few companies some only based on apple, want it for android. And im not for paying 1000's, the pencil and notebook would do!

I just use the notes part on my phone- then email it to my office

pre gatekeeper and GK webapps 15 years or so ago I used to use a spreadsheet - new book for each crop year with 1 tab per field

with a smart phone you could run ta spreadsheet app on that and use a dropbox or similar account to keep sync between phone and desktop etc

Loads of data to then play with pivot tables
