Crop spraying

I was wondering what the best additive to add to glyphosate for it to adhere to the plant I want to spray.
I am going to spray some gorse and rhododendrons with my knapsack sprayer, but in past experience although it works I have thought the chemical could have worked better i.e. bits still green
TIA.

I use Companion gold it seems to improve straight Glyphoste even at full rate

wouldn't Rohd'dron be better cut off and inject the chemical in the stem tho...?

and the gorse cut off let regrow then spray smaller stuff.... I should think

Would it not be better getting a better chemical than roundup for killing gorse and rhododendrons, can’t remember the name of it but I’m sure there’s something for doing it

Wetters like Activator will help but not much. You’re right about Validate. There are wetters in it too.

It came into play about the same time I left, I know LI700 was an acidifier, sticker and drift retardant all in one. I assume validate has been rejigged to do away with the proprionic acid component (?) which was pretty nasty and smelt terrible.

I know people who have done so but I would never use LI700 with anything other than glyphosate because it is pretty harsh. Drill/Activator and Solar plus seem friendlier and i've never seen a crop hurt by them yet.
