I included a field map with the places where I had stood to take the supporting photos from.
Each photo has to have a claim ref, the field number, the length of hedge (for example) and the type of claim (gapping up). Include on a word document or a zip file, do not include on the email itself, attachment only
I did a bit of gapping in a 30 acre field, 270m or so in 9 different peices.
Inspected last week (they do 5%) commented that the pictures were great and very well explained, they then wanted to see invoices and bank satement to say the we had paid.
This inspection took place a year after the claim was paid.
