Hi, can anyone remind me how you download cattle from cts to use on a farm management program.
Think you need a cts code and password, but it differs from gateway login

Can you log in to the CTS web page ?

If so its just a matter of clicking the upload/download link on the left hand side.

Download the file onto your desktop then get your farm management system to grab it

Tag company told me BCMS has had gremlins in the system this winter, didnt recognise any dams numbers or calf numbers the other night and then flashed accepted a moment later.

It will likely be downloaded as a CSV file so can be put straight in to a program

well we followed the instructions for w 10, very carefully, and still failed, me? computer illiterate, so the mrs had a go, and failed. On reflection, she managed to get locked out of internet banking today, took 1hour,50 mins to get through to sort it, i'll ask my son tomorrow.

Does your farm management software proider have a support service ?

When you said "failed" What exactly happened ?

I am finding it really difficult to log in...keep going round in circles but can't actually get anywhere! anyone else having troubles or is it just me?
