Cubicle Ratchet Strap

The strap along the top of the cubicles has broke. The original de boer one snapped a few years ago and we just ordered a replacement strap from the local hardware shop which has now also snapped. Are they made to different strengths or is just coincidence that the original de boer strap lasted longer

Used handy straps and v good. 100m for £30 is v good value. Need 50mm strap to be strong enough. We’ve used it for neck rail at feed face when £ was v tight but better to get solid tube really.

Two thoughts. Do you want one you may have to replace if a cow gets stuck breaks and gets free.
Do you want one that will last for ages even if a cow gets caught up damages herself or worse hangs herself?
