Cubicle shed conversion

I have a v roofed cubicle shed that's coming to the end of its useful life. I have a replaced the valley gutter in the roof a number of times but it's a job to keep it from leaking.
It was built in the 70s for milking cows with the cows walking out to slats to eat.
I was thinking of putting a lean to roof over it but I'm keen for any ideas for how I could get more use from it.

The main reason for the lean to would be to keep the job as simple as possible. I'm thinking of knocking it and putting down a slatted tank instead of the cubicles. I'm not rightly sure yet so I'm open to ideas. (y)

What do you want to do with the shed apart from sorting the roof? Sounds like you still have cattle. As above, all our beef cows are in cubicles scraped to a slatted pit so that would be your cheapest option. Ours are on mats with no straw or sawdust and pretty clean.
Once you put slats in you have limited the future use of the shed.
Looks like you have plenty height at far side for a lean-to but we found standard apex shed was cheaper and better ventilation

Yes there's cattle in the shed atm. The slurry is already been scraped into a slatted tank at the front of the shed. Looking at @dinderleat picture above extra feeding space would be a bonus as currently the cattle are walking out on slats to eat so that limits how many that I can carry on the cubicles iywim.
I have two slatted units in the yard already and with rubber on the slats I reckon that the cattle are as comfortable as the cattle on the cubicles.
