Would you pay 7.5m and not go and live/farm there. You'd have to farm it yourself, unless the rent was astronomical an investors roi would be pants

You hear of Big farms and small estates being bought as investmentsWould you pay 7.5m and not go and live/farm there.
It’s definitely good value all that says to me is money’s badly needed.Unless its value drops massively..
The Wigtownshire one that's been mentioned here and looks good value at 1.87m for 460 AC was also advertised in 2013 for 2.9m. I don't know if it got sold back then or if the last buyer just couldn't hack the rain and was willing to lose a million to see some sunshine again.
Be near 2000 now. Last shed that went up was for 500 to get to numbers. To be fair that’s multiple dairies consolidated into one 80 point rotary site. How many cows has the huge dairy ,cut into the hillside at dundrennan ,? If you know where i mean ,
Farely basic area round there , just had two days round your area , stayed near dunscore ,
But generally investors like tenanted properties that are marketed at significant open market value discount. You hear of Big farms and small estates being bought as investments
@Headless chicken has the "grass based" dairy in top of the hill near you sold?
Cracking farm. Be testing, but really fell in for the place.Very quiet but I highly doubt it

Get it bought. No one local can afford it I can tell you that now. Milk contract wouldn’t be an issue. I know one large supplier is fighting hard for new business due to having ballsed up it’s purchasing coupled with people not being able to pay they’re bills they’re keen to support any new business.
Your lads have got your place pretty well sown up now your established it’s just coasting. Buy yourself a helicopter though to nip back and forth
I dont actually agree with the price. I call it about 1 mil to dear.Get it bought. No one local can afford it I can tell you that now. Milk contract wouldn’t be an issue.
