It’s one of those Scottish “offers over” situations. Also muller contract not transferable. They’re keeping the best silage land and also a house in each yard. Must have some interest though to go to best and finals. I don’t think it’s been on that long- we had the heads up beforehand but said it was a bit far being in bloody Scotland (sorry Scotland!!) so haven’t really checked!

With clamp capacity of 20t silage/cow they must be working on an 18 month winter.
Ha particulars! I "looked" at a 3000 ton clamp and measured it. 750 ton, granted it wasn't full but it was 3/4 full.
The clamp was obviously “the sky’s the limit” model!

A mate from uni lives next door to that farm for sale , another farm on the the other side of him sold 2yrs ago iirc for 40-50% above the guide. Which was a surprise.
