Not sure about the Tweed valley but a lot of heavy land in Northumberland so under 30" usualy not a problemOnly 650mm of rain

Yes. This farm was an Arla farm. Not sure on the situation with the contract. It normally can be sold with a farm. It had also supplied First Milk and Lancester dairies.Would milk buyers be thin on the ground ?
