Am I correct in thinking that Uniform were bought by Delaval? If so how does Uniform work with Delpro, if at all. I’m enquiring as the parlour is going auto id with Delpro . Currently run Sum it Total, just the cow program. Sorry for the hijack!

I think it’s an independent Dutch company but wouldn’t be sure. GEA parlour here and integration is perfect. I do know Delaval owners who run Uniform have never heard of issues. I don’t know anything about delavel software

Uniform and Delpro work very well together here.

I think it is now owned by delaval but operates independently and therefore remains compatible with other colour parlours too.

When we were looking it was cheaper to get it via NMR than direct.

We are on Delpro and find it a very good program to use and absolutely no need to pay for another programme keep it simple!
you only get out what you put in though. Make sure you get the 2 free training sessions after you start using it to help you get all you can out of it.

Do you input info using the App?

Alpro and Uniform Agri here. They communicate with each other at set times of the day. All data entered via Uniform Agri on the PC or Mobile app. Great bit of software which makes cow management so much easier, also does all CTS movements and passport applications at a click of the mouse. Medicines purchases are a breeze when you scan in the QR codes. As said above the more you put in the more you get out of it.

We never paid for the software/a licence for delpro so is not an up to date version but does feed the data into uniform which we then use day to day in the office, on the app etc.

Would imagine that if you were paying for the latest version of Delpro then having uniform as well may well be overkill.

I’ve had uniform for about 4 months, I love it I’m always fully up to date with stuff now, cow calved this morning passport applied for 5 mins later.
Great for analysing data, culling, fertility, wouldn’t be without it now

Using delpro 5.3 here really fustrating program. Support is non exsitance seams to be a program written by somebody who has studied dairying from a book. Data entry is restricted by so many parameters that it can be imposible to do. Feed tables are overcomplicated which leaves me desperate to have some other software option. Have it linked to the app but it does not work and been waiting for them to sort it for 6 months. Have DP5 on the other unit 30 yr old software and seams 30 yrs ahead of delpro cant fault i havent used C21 though. Uniform sounds like an answer.
