Despite having to cancel the physical event, the Scottish Dairy Hub and Kite Consultancy are still running their hugely popular seminar and Q&A session on the new AgriScot 2020 online format on Wednesday, November 18, from 1:00pm.

The event will host a panel of industry leaders and experts all speaking live, who will be discussing the major topics affecting the dairy industry as well as answer questions from the audience participating at home.

The new format will allow for the same amount of audience participation and interaction as previous Scottish Dairy Hub seminars, which is a large part of what makes this event so popular.

This year’s panel will include Robert Graham, managing director at Grahams the Family Dairy, Nicholas Saphir, newly appointed chair of the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB), and Chris Walkland, journalist and market analyst.

Virtual spaces are limited, so those looking to attend are encouraged to register now to secure your place.

‘This seminar is always hugely popular’

Speaking ahead of the event, Stuart Martin, who manages the Scottish Dairy Hub, said:

This seminar is always hugely popular and I am delighted to be able to welcome another fantastic panel of industry-leading speakers on board again this year.

“The seminar and Q&A session are always filled with interesting insights from our panel members and I am sure this year will be no different.

“With everything which is going on this year I am delighted to be able to still put on the seminar in its new format and a lot of credit has to go to AgriScot for pushing forward with the event and to Kite Consultancy for continuing to support the seminar in partnership with the Dairy Hub.

“I would encourage anyone who has an interest in dairy to register and join us on Wednesday, November 18. There will be plenty to be discussed and no doubt a fair few interesting questions for our expert panel to field.”
