As above prob fuel filter, is it the hydro box with the bands etc in it or manual. We had one here, hated it although the box was ok when it worked.
I would also check the turbo pipes (on the boost side) as with no boost it'd be even more flat as a pancake than normal

Check no air getting into system, change filters, check tringle rod which drives lift pump, replace lift pump if old. If you think the tank is dirty , run it out of a can. Also check your brakes are not binding as that can happen if the discs are worn.

Are all 4 fuel filters clean?
Is the air filter clean?
Have you blown the pipe back to the tank?
If the return to tank isn't clear it can also cause issues.
Lift pump and push rod, don't replace one without the other
When were the injectors and pump last checked?
If you have the injectors out do a compression test.
Any diesel in the engine oil? I've seen a few 14s bend push rods, run on 3 cylinders and the diesel in the other cylinder ends up in the sump.
