From what I've read, it's more likely that the coolant control valve for the DEF tank is stuck open.
You don't appear to have mentioned what tractor model you have.. More info = more help,,,,,,, (potentially)
Have you contacted your dealer??

215 65 plate
yes contacted desler snowed under be middle next week so he suggested ring other depot same craic . but had a nice long chat with service manager who was as helpful as could be , alwZys is very good
it’s derateing it’s full of def and nothing hot . will try this morning from stone cold and see
