Delaval tank washer

We have a Delaval TWA plus tank washer which for a few days hasn't been drawing in the chemical
There's a solenoid on the bottom of the chemical dosing unit which I've changed and it's still not working and now it's not drawing hot water either
Anyone got any ideas /suggestions? TIA

Have you got vacuum to the top of the chemical flask?- ours blocks the vacuum tube with crystallized chemical. Blow out with airline cures it.

Re-read your post,- so you have chemical in the flask but it isn't dosing in the wash?

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.
