Detecting in teeside/Nyorks area

Hi all, Im looking for land to detect on in my localish area (i reside in Ingleby Barwick)

Im not the norm as far detecterists go as I hold a masters degree in Archaeology, which i guess makes me officially qualified to dig holes haha!
In return for permission I will clear any rubbish found, be an extra set of eyes on the ground and can share my skills as a time served carpenter too.
I also, carry full third party insurance.
Any holes will be plug cut so will be almost impossible to see once replaced.
As an Archaeologist I have zero interest in financial gains, I am purely interested in the knowledge gained from many finds, and passing that knowledge on to others.
my email is [email protected] if anyone is willing to help.
Regards Dan.
