From ZF website

The ZF eccom (TTV) family of transmissions are also fitted to join Deere. It's recommended to put JD "hy-guard that's in them, which is actually bobby basic cheap as chips UTTO.

Don't know why Deere down spec the oil that ZF recommend (though I have my suspicions) but if you're not "precious" about your Deutz TTV, UTTO grade will be grand. It'll still be far better in the Deutz which, unlike the Deere, has separate gearbox and hydraulic oils, much better filtration, and doesn't bypass the (single Deere) filter entirely when the oil is cold (which, to provide evidence for my suspicions, is when the greatest wear actually occurs!!! )

TTV630 will probably need the X-Treme oil, or the Shell equivalent as they're first fill, the TTV630 doesn't have the eccom transmission but the S-Matic S180 and are sensitive to oils because the 180 relates to the HP rating of it, and the TTV630 is a 200hp tractor!

Here's the ZF list of approved lubricants for the S-matic
