Deutz - Fahr Agrotron 6190 (Lamborghini R6 190) propshaft problems

Good day to all. I want to show you my problem I got with my Lamborghini R6 190 wich is the same tractor as Agrotron 6190, only the colour and some cab desings are different.
The tractor has 190 cp and it's equiped with a hydraulic suspension system on the front axle wich can be activated or deactivated as I wish. This system is not recommend when you work in field and I barely used it.
I used this tractor on ploughing and seedbed preparation, nothing too hard. I never towed heavy trailers, hard breaking or abused this machine at all. It is my property and I personally work on it. I own this tractor since 2014, it was brand new and since then I didn't had any major problems, now it has about 2500 hours. The last autumn I used it for deep scarifying (about 50cm) and this was the first I guess I used at it's full power. So a month ago while I was driving on an asphalt road I heard a crack and rattle sound. It was the pinion flange, it was completly destroyed. I dismantled it and I realised my 4wd (wich is covered with some heavy shields) was jammed at the end of the transmission axle shaft (it should slide easily). There where also some small pieces of iron that where blocked in there. But hey, I realised that it had a GREASE point :) DESPITE the fact that I have dozens of user manuals at it's not shown...also it had a very small hole through the shields and it was very hard to align the shaft so you could grease it. I am guessing because I never greased it the axle shaft was damaged and the hub got stuck.
I found out that the front axle carrier (the big metal piese that holds the axle) bushings from the bolts were destroyed (maybe it's my fault I never checked them despite the fact they where often greased) so I guess the axle did a left and right movement that caused the shaft to come forword and push into the flange wich got destroyed and the pinion gear from the front deck bent . The shaft doesn't have a SLIP JOINT and it's designed to slide in the transmission axle when the suspension is used. (See pics below)
My main concern is why the shaft doesn't have a proper slip joint, as many tractors do, and the space wich it slides in the transmission axle is very small. It could be a design flaw? Also, is it normal for the bushings to be destroyed in 2500hour use? (I think they are made from teflon)

Tractor spec
-2013
-Deutz TCD 6.1 L06 engine
-Carraro 20.26 axle
-front hydraulic suspension system
-powershift transmission with 6 speed gearbox + L - M - H - S
-ASM (auto diff unlock when steering)

I am curious if any of you encountered this problem at this brand or any tractors and I am showing you this problem so that you could prevent it from happening.
I am not acussing DEUTZ FAHR, DEUTZ AG or SDF Group, I am just a bit confused and if you have any ideeas or sugestions on what happened please share them. This post is sincere, I am telling just what happened.
I've attached some photos and a video:

@Yale seriously? I couldn't find anything on the web. So this problem is only on the suspension equipped tractors? Did SDF made some changes on the newer models or they are the same?

I was warned about this issue when I bought 2 of these tractors. Keep that shaft greased and the fuse board dry, the advice came from a mechanic, not SDF.
It has resulted in 10 years trouble free usage.
Sometimes the shaft from the gearbox end gets pushed back into clutch pack which is worse.

@Shep in my country they only want to sell, they didn't warn me about anything :)
I have an Agrotron mk2 and I am pretty satisfyed with it that's why I bought another Deutz. A friend got the 4wd axle bearings from gearbox destroyed but he doesn't have any suspension system. You mean the fuse board from the inside of the cabin? or the ones from the battery? (I got some relays next to the battery)

@RaulP

It was the dealer which took over the sales area who advised me of the need to grease regularly.

I also have seen it mentioned on this forum.

It is really unfortunate for you as such a simple lubrication can save a massive amount of damage.

Problem is the grease point is not obvious. (n)

@Yale Thanks, I will check it. I have discovered this forum recently, I saw there is a french deutz forum and some german, but I speak only english. It's nice to have a big community where people discuss about tractors and machines just like there are with cars. Unfortunately in my country people don't discuss about tractors or agricultural stuff on forums, they do on Facebook, and I see there is a growing trend to move from forums to facebook groups in all domains.

I've heard about this problem but never seen it. Had Agrotron's since 2004. I grease the shaft coupler every 50 hrs. And shows photo in handbook's ,

We've not got front suspension but I always grease the 4wd shaft sliding joint (Agrotron 165) after coming across a topic on here before our tractor arrived! But yes its a pain to get to, on ours apart from the slot underneath there's one on the right hand side which I found the other day, save having to crawl underneath. Also much easier to just to remove the right hand steps! Excellent job on the repair, nice video.

Side note, does anyone know if its possible to add cab suspension after market? or a kit from Duetz?

The fuse box in the cab is in a silly place. If you forget to close the back window in the rain or leave it open overnight, the water can run off the back window straight into the fuses and relays!
Keep the back window shut.

I don't know if it's offtopic but I want to show you some indicators(is this the correct term?) that appeared in the digital display in the last weeks:
This comes 4-5 times a year.

This comes sometimes after 1400rpm (please ignore the service alert) tractors runs fine, no alarms

This came after the repair, nothing happens, no alarm, no flash no nothing

The warning spn523633 is water in the diesel pre filter.

The sensor in bottom of the filter is very sensitive and I found it best to unscrew it completely and use an airline to blow it clean. Do not over tighten it! Finger tight and nipped up with pliers is enough.

The problem I had with my 6150.4 suspension was the electrohydraulic valves in the control block would blow the seals and then burn out the solenoid. I had a front loader fitted and the problem was caused by the load being too high for the design. The valves would last less than 800 hours, or about every 7 months for me. They are several hundred pounds each from SDF ?

However SDF now offer a seal kit for the valves, and the electric solenoid actuator can be bought direct from the manufacturer for about £30.

I never had a problem with the sliding propshaft, but always greased it, and switched off the suspension when working fields with 4wd engaged. The latest models have a completely new axle and suspension design.

Just looked in my hand book for my m620. (First time) and you've right, there's nothing to tell you about greasing prop shaft. It must have been in the book for my first Agrotron. But was told when I had my first Agrotron to always grease everything every 50 hrs. To help greasing I've cut end off the guard so it is very easy to grease Shaft splines

I was talking to a friend in the uk today who is just replacing his suspension on an M640? He said that the springs and shocks had cost him £420 with out brackets or anything. Probably be tres cher to put new system on!
