Digger tracks splitting

New tracks fitted to my 3 ton digger less than 100hrs ago. Wont name the make yet. Should i be happy with this?
There are several splits in them.

Theres a 2 year warranty. Think im going to email the company they came from and see what they say. That one is 3/4 inch deep

Would not surprise me. The online brochure is promoting them as good quality
