I've had the weights on the whole time, it's not heavy enough without imo.Did you put the extra weights on for this job or are they on all the time? What kind of speed were you doing? At what speed do you find the seed depth becoming more even on arable stubbles when sowing cereals?

Been asked to plant 230ac ground that has been down to grass for 14 years. Made a start today and looks to be going well although a bit steady.

It almost feels wrong as were only the other side of the canal from the old dowdswell factory. Bone dry with 3 inch wide cracks in the ground. Just a bit bothered by the low seed rate the costomer wants.
That looks smart, thought that drill would of left it rough like a claydon
