Do I need to burn off grass?

I've got a field to reseed as soon as we get enough rain to be able to get the plough in the ground.

Due to a serious lack of rain it already looks like it has been sprayed with roundup so was thinking of going straight in with the plough rather than burning it off beforehand as it's not particularly weedy.
Or should I wait until it greens up a bit, then roundup?
