I don't fully understand this meeting but I THINK the lady Leslie is the Welsh agricultural minister ?

The person asking the question that they can't answer, is Llyr Gruffydd, the Welsh Nationalist agricultural spokesman. Probably the most farmer friendly politician in the UK. Certainly knows his brief.

The inevitable loss of communities also means the loss of the Welsh language of course. Rural Wales is the critical backbone of the language and migration of the younger generations to more fruitful ‘pastures’ will, without a shadow of a doubt, kill the language stone dead within a generation or two.
