Does agriculture have measureable targets?

I have been thinking about this - does anyone know any published targets for UK agriculture to meet.

For example - what is the target for the reduction of TB in the UK?

I haven't been able to find any.

Published targets would require joined-up thinking between Government/Defra, NFU and the people on the ground responsible for delivering the achievables (or unachievables in the case of bTB).

No Defra Minister is going to but his name to a load of targets that won't be met for a plethora of reasons way beyond his control.

[That justice/prisons Minister has just put himself on a sticky wicket...]

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
