Swapping some driven shafts of a donor machine. How am I going to knock back up the tab washers on the 60mm special but without have to take the power Harrow tray apart?

It’s not that difficult to take the tray lid right off if you have access to a good windy-gun or the battery powered equivalent. You will do the job properly if you do and probably solve a lot of other looming problems.

Make sure you use hard enough nuts and bolts where the linkage frame attaches to the bed as the have a nasty habit of stretching and coming loose if you use standard bolts.
